Gelatina de Laranja

Ingredientes:
1/2 de Laranjas
1/2 chávena de açúcar amarelo
1/2 sumo de limão
1 chávena de água
1 colher de sopa de alga agar-agar
Preparação:

Dissolva na água morma a alga agar-agar. Descasque as laranjas deite na batedeira, junte o açúcar amarelo, o sumo de limão e bata muito bem. Misture a alga diluida e continue a bater até ficar em creme. Deite em em taças, deixe arrefecer e leve ao frigorífico.
